There are so many refinements to the Clone VX, that you cannot appreciate them all until you hold it. The most prominent new features are detailed below.
VX Drive
The new VX drive uses the same principle that made the original Clone drive great, but it now has enhanced geometry to improve brittle paint performance, reduced wear and lower pressure (higher efficiency) cycling.

VX Gladiator
The Gladiator range of inline regulators have become synonymous with quality and reliability. The VX Gladiator can be placed at the top of this list with a simplified design using less o-rings and parts, and a cleaner cosmetic look.

A new feed tube has been designed specifically for the VX, it feateres tool-less clamp adjustment and a rugged 2 piece construction.

Shift Barrel
The Clone comes with MacDev's newest barrel, the Shift. The Shift is incredibly light, quiet and has an innovative insert system which connects the insert to both the back and front pieces ensuring it will always stay in place.
The Clone comes with a .691 insert. An upgrade kit with a full set of Shift inserts will be available so you can easily match your barrel to your paint size.
